We are a cross-border, interdisciplinary network of researchers, journalists, students, and strategists from Romania, Moldova, and Ukraine. What brings us together is a shared belief:
Without critical thinking, without civic vigilance, without education, democracy cannot survive.

We are not a public roster. Strategios operates through a discreet network of coordinators, researchers, and contributors based in Romania, Moldova, Ukraine, Latvia and other countries. Regional coordination involves academics, journalists, data analysts, and students. We value discretion over display.
